Use Family Basecamp to help your family. Don't misuse it. Pay for paid plans as agreed. If something isn't working, tell us and we'll make it right. That covers 99% of it.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using Family Basecamp, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We may update these terms occasionally and will notify you by email of significant changes.

2. Your account

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login information secure. You must be 18 or older to create an account. Family members, including children, use the service under your account. Don't share your account with people outside your household.

3. Acceptable use

Use Family Basecamp for lawful family organization purposes. Don't attempt to access other families' data, reverse-engineer the service, or use it in ways that could harm others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Paid plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions — email us within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked.

5. Your data

Your family data belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of any content you create or enter in Family Basecamp. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

6. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with advance notice. We're not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
